While Enya, Bruni and Isabella were at the North Sea, Felice and Lucie went to Normandy to relax and unwind.

Holiday in St. Peter-Ording in June 2025

This year, the curly-haired kings were drawn to the seaside again! We spent a few relaxing days in St. Peter-Ording and visited both Lucie's breeder Anja and Enya's breeder Katarina (who lives in Hamburg).

Puppy meeting on October 3, 2024

Traditionally, our puppy meeting took place again on October 3rd, 2024 on the grounds of SV OG Rhein-Ahr-Sinzig eV.

Our visitor numbers, as well as the number of litters and puppies, are steadily growing, so this year around 50 people and 30 dogs traveled from all over Germany to spend a wonderful day with us. This year also saw the inaugural Landskroner Curly-Coated Poodle Race, where Joy from our A-litter and Henry from our B-litter took home the day's title and the beautiful poodle trophy. We look forward to a repeat next year when we meet again on October 3rd. Many thanks to everyone for this lovely and successful day.

Holiday at Lake Chiemsee in September 2024

While Lucie and Felice were in France, the rest of the pack spent a few lovely days at Lake Chiemsee and visited Bruni's daughter Charlotte in Salzburg. Water was definitely the poodles' element on this holiday!

Holiday in Brittany in September 2024

This year, Lucie and Felice went on holiday to France with their friend Ella! They had a lot of fun, but see for yourselves!

Grooming seminar with Farah Eggers at Grooming Point in Fredesloh with Anders Rossel on February 24th and 25th, 2024

This weekend, I traveled with Enya and Isabella to the Grooming Point in Fredesloh to further improve and refresh my grooming skills. On the first day, Anders demonstrated the T-clip and the second puppy clip on a model dog. I was allowed to bring Enya as the model for the second puppy clip, and Anders showed off his skills. On the second day, we groomed our own poodles individually under the guidance of Anders and Farah. I decided to change Isabella's puppy clip to the continental clip. In the evening, we enjoyed a lovely get-together with some of the other participants, sharing delicious food and experiences. As always, it was a wonderful and informative weekend!

Holiday in St. Peter-Ording in autumn 2023

Of course, our poodles come on holiday with us! Our poodle ladies love the beach most of all. This autumn, we took the opportunity during our North Sea holiday to visit Lucie's breeder, Anja, along with her mother, Marica, and cousin, Amy. We spent a few lovely hours together, and the girls had a wonderful time playing on the beach.

Puppy reunion on October 8, 2023

This year, our puppy meeting took place again at the beginning of October on the grounds of SV OG Rhein-Ahr-Sinzig eV.

Part of the A-litter and their father Thore, as well as the entire B-litter and their father Ferdinand, traveled from all over Germany to spend a lovely day with us, enjoying games, fun, pleasant conversation, and good food. The little, and now also grown, curly-haired kings and queens have developed very well, and we are proud to have found such wonderful human parents for them.

The puppy reunion for 2024 is already being planned and we hope to welcome many visitors again then.

Dog race DPK Lünen-Unna on October 1st, 2023

This Sunday we took our poodles to our first dog race in Lünen-Unna. We had a lot of fun and our three female poodles came home with great results.

Puppy reunion with Enya's siblings - E-litter from Elbjuwel on September 23, 2023

On September 23, 2023, we traveled to Hanover to see Enya's family again after more than three years. We met at Maschsee lake and enjoyed a long walk with games, fun activities, and breaks. Afterward, we ended the wonderful day with a relaxed meal. We were so happy to see Mama Cosima, Papa Jacom, Grandma Momo, and some of her siblings again and to finally meet her owners in person, not just via WhatsApp. Isabella also got to meet her family and had a fantastic day full of new experiences. Everyone agreed that such a reunion should definitely be repeated.

Grooming seminar with Farah Eggers at Grooming Point in Fredesloh on March 24th and 25th, 2023

Together with some of our A-litter and Ferdinand, the father of our B-litter, we attended a seminar with Farah Eggers.

On the first day, we learned the basics of grooming materials, bathing, blow-drying, combing, and dematting, as well as cutting and shearing, using a fashion clip as an example. On the second day, we individually groomed our own poodles under Farah's guidance. Before and after photos are shown below. It was a very enjoyable and informative weekend!

At the beginning of October, we hosted a puppy reunion at the SV OG Rhein-Ahr-Sinzig eV grounds. A large portion of the A-litter, along with their father Thore, traveled from various parts of Germany to spend a wonderful day with us, enjoying games, fun, and good food. As we said our goodbyes in the late afternoon, we all agreed that we should repeat this event next year. We're already looking forward to seeing the curly-haired pups and their families again next year.
